RISE Rehab Medicine was founded to increase access to spinal cord injury specialty care and other rehabilitation services through the use of telemedicine. We believe that expert medical care, combined with individualized education for patients and families, empowers people to heal and reach their highest possible quality of life.

We offer virtual rehab medicine visits to patients across California, with a special focus on spinal cord injury care. Dr. Wilson brings both medical training and personal experience to her work, creating a space where patients feel heard, informed, and supported. She provides evidence-based, personalized care with the goal of helping patients better understand their health, take an active role in decision-making, and work toward their own meaningful goals.

In addition to medical services, Dr. Wilson also offers non-clinical consultation sessions to people across the U.S. These sessions are open to individuals living with disabilities — or those supporting them — and offer guidance on navigating the real-life challenges that come with disability. From practical questions to big-picture planning, consultations are shaped by both professional expertise and lived understanding.
